October Week 2, Year 4

I guess Raw was pissed that I like SmackDown more because this week is a great show.

Raw
Match 1. Shelton Benjamin vs. Test

Match 2. Tommy Dreamer vs. Raven

Match 3. Ric Flair and Batista vs. Chris Jericho and Christian   #1 Contender's match
Christian superplexed Batista from the top onto the floor outside. Flair tagged in Batista, who hit Christian with a diving cross body. Christian and Jericho hit Batista with a side slam and neck breaker combo. Batista got up and hit Jericho with a Batista Bomb. Christian hit Flair with a frog splash and won.

Match 4. Goldberg vs. Kevin Nash
Goldberg connected with the spear and got a two count. Nash got up and landed a big boot. Nash hit a fall away slam and the Jackknife. Goldberg got right back up. He connected with a second spear and the Jackhammer to win.

Main Event. Booker T vs. Triple H
Triple H wore down the back of Booker with a back breaker and two back body drops. He busted Booker open with a back elbow smash. He won with a spine buster and Pedigree.

SmackDown
Match 1. Eddie Guerrero vs. Doug Basham w/ Danny Basham

Match 2. Tajiri vs. Spike Dudley

Match 3. JBL vs. Mark Henry
Henry attacked JBL from behind on the ramp. They made it in the ring and Henry landed a running clothesline. He then hit a huge powerslam. JBL took Henry down with a leg sweep and won with a camel clutch.

Match 4. The Rock vs. Rhyno
It's been a while since Rhyno was in action. I'm interested to see where this goes. Matt Morgan walked down and stood in Rhyno's corner. Rock landed some right hands, but Rhyno ducked one and hit the Gore. Rhyno hit a back suplex and pin, but Rock kicked out. Rock hit the spine buster. He went for a Rock Bottom, but Rhyno blocked it. Rock hit another spine buster and won.

Main Event. Hulk Hogan vs. Big Show
Big Show was in control early, using his strength to toss Hogan around. Much later, Hogan landed a neck breaker and got a long two count. Show hit the Showstopper. Show broke out of a camel clutch and hit the spear. Hogan got up and connected with the leg drop to win.

Recap: Yeah, Raw was better this week. Raw has a PPV at the beginning of November, a week after No Mercy.
