GREAT AMERICAN BASH, Year 4

That's right. Welcome to the Great American Bash. This was an amazing, awesome card.

Match 1. Chris Benoit vs. Christian   WWE Intercontinental Championship
It's been a while since Benoit was seen on TV, but he has to defend his title. They got into a pinning battle with many near falls, but it eventually ended. Christian landed a snapmare and a reverse DDT. After a front suplex, he hit a huge frog splash to win the title.

Match 2. Mark Henry vs. Edge vs. John Cena   WWE United States Championship
The match ended up on the outside. Henry hit Edge with a back suplex and the Cena busted Edge open by slamming his head against the steel post. Cena showed off his strength as he hit Henry with the FU. Edge superplexed Cena to the outside. Cena reversed a Henry powerbomb into a face buster. Henry took Edge down with an STO and won.

Match 3. Money in the Bank - RVD vs. Booker vs. HBK vs. Stone Cold vs. Jericho vs. ???
This is a Raw-only MitB because Edge, a SmackDown star, has one briefcase. The sixth man is...SCOTT STEINER! Big Poppa Pump is your hook-up, holla if you hear him! This is a star-studding match. Michaels was the first one to grab a ladder. Steiner grabbed the other ladder and immediately climbed up. RVD pushed him off the ladder. RVD then climbed up, but Steiner returned the favor. Stone Cold won his second Money in the Bank in three years. It was over in 3:15.

Match 4. TLC - Kevin Nash vs. Goldberg
Nash bullied Goldberg around a little as he hit a fall away slam and the Jackknife powerbomb. Both men climbed the ladder, but Goldberg suplexed Nash from the top to the mat. Both men climbed again, but Nash headbutted Goldberg and shoved him down before pulling down the briefcase.

Match 5. Brothers of Destruction vs. Dudley Boyz   WWE Tag Team Championship
The Dudleyz hit Taker with Wassup after a minute of action. Bubba then landed the Bionic Elbow outside the ring. D-Von hit Taker with a bulldog and busted him open. Kane hit Bubba with a Tombstone, but only got a one count. D-Von landed Saving Grace on Kane, but he got right up. A couple of minutes later, D-Von hit it on the outside and won.

Match 6. Hulk Hogan vs. Kurt Angle   WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar is awaiting the winner of this at SummerSlam. Angle landed two running DDTs on Hogan, busting him open in the process. He then hit the Angle Slam. Hogan came back with a leg sweep and elbow drop. After a snap suplex, Angle hit a second Angle Slam and won.

Main Event. Triple H vs. Kane   World Heavyweight Championship
Yes, Raw will crown a new World champion tonight. Kane will have to pull off double duty tonight, but I think it's worth it. Kane hit Triple H with a huge clothesline and powerbomb. He then hit the Pedigree. Triple H came back with a couple of back body drops. He caught Kane's right hand and hit the Pedigree to win. Triple H's reign of terror begins.

Recap: Brock Lesnar vs. Kurt Angle at SummerSlam. Couldn't have planned it any better. What a pay-per-view. SummerSlam is going to be even better.
