January Week 4, Year 4

The final week before the Royal Rumble. Expect some big things after WrestleMania. SmackDown was horrible this week.

Raw

Match 1. Goldust vs. Test

Match 2. Jeff Hardy vs. Christian

Match 3. RVD and Booker T vs. Randy Orton and Ric Flair

Orton and Flair double teamed Booker, keeping him away from RVD. Booker took on Flair with a neck breaker and spine buster. RVD finally came in and attacked both Flair and Orton. Orton RKO'd RVD through the announce table. He then hit another one in the ring to win.

Match 4. Shawn Michaels and Triple H vs. Goldberg and Chris Jericho

Goldberg hit Triple H with the Jackhammer, but it was too early. Former DX members hit Goldberg with a double gut buster. Jericho hit The Game with a Codebreaker. Triple H busted Jericho open with a knee smash. Jericho busted Michaels open with a bulldog. Jericho locked HBK in the Walls of Jericho on the outside and forced him to tap.

Main Event. Scott Steiner vs. Kane Triple H

Triple H tossed Kane out from the back and made his way down the ramp. Looks like it's Steiner vs. Triple H. The Game looked tired after just competing. Steiner broke out of a headlock and hit Triple H with a knee smash before getting the three count. It took less than five minutes.

SmackDown

Match 1. John Cena vs. Matt Hardy

Match 2. Basham Brothers vs. Brock Lesnar and Big Show
Lesnar hit Doug with a back suplex, but Doug came back. Show and Lesnar then beat him down in the corner. Doug then decided to take the match to the outside, but he got attacked by both Show and Lesnar. Danny somehow lifted Show up and hit the piledriver. Lesnar brought Doug into the ring and hit the F5 and won.

Match 3. JBL vs. Matt Morgan

Match 4. Mark Henry vs. Edge

Edge tossed Henry into the corner. He went for a flapjack, but Henry countered it into a DDT. Edge connected with the spear. Henry grabbed Edge and locked him in the bear hug. Edge had no choice but to tap.

Main Event. Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker 

Taker landed a neck breaker and then slammed Angle down with a huge chokeslam. Angle kicked out, but that might have been a mistake. Taker hit him with a big boot and the Tombstone. Angle still kicked out. Taker busted him open with a DDT. Two minutes later, he hit another Tombstone and won.
