October Week 1, Year 2

What a pay-per-view. Four of the five titles on the line changed hands.

Raw

Match 1. Godfather and Brian Pillman vs. Goldust and Matt Hardy

Match 2. Stone Cold vs. Triple H w/Stephanie

After a few minutes of action, Triple H left the ring to catch his breath. He came back in only to receive a Stone Cold Stunner. Triple H came back with a knee smash and back elbow smash, which busted Austin open. Austin returned the favor with a bulldog. Triple H caught Austin's leg and turned it into a Pedigree to win.

After the match, Stephanie came in and argued with Triple H.

Match 3. Chris Benoit vs. Mark Henry

Match 4. Shawn Michaels vs. X-Pac

Michaels was giving a beating to former DX member. He tossed Pac into the corner and landed a clothesline. He then connected a fisherman's suplex. A couple of minutes later, Pac caught Michaels in a roll-up. Michaels flipped him over, but Pac flipped it back. They did it once more before Pac was back on top and won.

Main Event. Edge and Christian vs. The Dudley Boyz   #1 Contender's Match

Both teams worked together and performed tag moves. Edge and Christian attacked Bubba outside the ring. Christian landed the Unprettier, which prevented him from answering the referee's 10 count. Edge and Christian get another title shot, yet again.

SmackDown

Match 1. Jeff Hardy vs. Hardcore Holly

Match 2. Stevie Richards vs. Gangrel

Match 3. Molly Holly vs. Trish Stratus

Molly broke out of a camel clutch and then hit a hurricanrana. Trish got up and hit the Chick Kick. Molly kicked out and landed a clothesline and northern lights suplex. Molly continued with a suplex, but Trish got right up. She threw Molly into the corner and landed Stratusfaction to win.

Match 4. Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Matt Hardy

Main Event. Stone Cold vs. Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho

This should be a great match. Jericho and Austin hit Benoit with a double DDT. A few minutes later, Jericho locked Austin in the Walls of Jericho. Austin busted Benoit open with some right hands. Austin hit Jericho with a Stone Cold Stunner. Benoit capitalized and got the win.

Saturday Night Heat

Match 1. X-Pac vs. Test vs. Brian Pillman

Match 2. Stevie Richards and Godfather vs. D-Von Dudley and Hardcore Holly

Match 3. Jeff Hardy vs. Gangrel

Match 4. Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold

Main Event. Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Grand Master Sexay

Recap: There seems to be some friction between Triple H and Stephanie. That was a good win for Benoit.
