August Week 3, Year 2

Raw

Match 1. Stephanie McMahon vs. Trish Stratus

Trish kicked Stephanie a couple of times, but she came back with a Lou Thesz Press. Stephanie then landed a nice suplex and slapped Trish across the face. Trish got up and landed Stratusfaction. Stephanie came back with another Thesz Press and a Pedigree to win.

After the match, Stephanie grabbed a chair and went to hit Trish, but Lita came out and saved Trish. 

Match 2. Rikishi vs. Bubba Ray Dudley

Bubba locked Rikishi in a camel clutch and then hit a fall away slam. Rikishi then hit the Rikishi Driver and busted Bubba open. Bubba came back with another fall away slam. A few minutes later, while Rikishi was bleeding, Bubba hit Rikishi with his own finisher to win.

Match 3. Big Boss Man and Triple H vs. The APA Brothers of Destruction

The APA appeared at the top of the stage and the Brothers of Destruction took them out. We got a new match. Undertaker and Boss Man started the match. Taker hit a knee smash and then tossed Boss Man over his head. Boss Man tagged in Triple H, but took Taker to the outside. Taker was unable to make it back in the ring, giving Boss Man and Triple H then win.

Match 4. Stone Cold vs. Kurt Angle

Austin was heading to the ring when Angle attacked him from behind. After five minutes of in-ring action, Austin brought it to the outside where he speared Angle through the barricade. He then busted him open with a bulldog. Austin landed a piledriver. He went for another, but Angle reversed it into a face buster. Angle then picked up the stars, but Austin dodged them and hit the Stunner to win. They each have a victory know.

Main Event. Billy Gunn vs. Edge   #1 Contender's Match

Edge landed some right hands. Gunn lifted Edge over his head, but it was countered into a DDT. A few minutes later, Edge landed a gut buster and then locked in the Edgecator. After releasing the hold, Edge hit a clothesline to win.

After the match, Edge celebrated but Jericho ran down and hit Edge over the head with the IC title.

Saturday Night Heat

Match 1. Molly Holly vs. Trish Stratus

Match 2. Grand Master Sexay vs. Scotty 2 Hotty

Match 3. Stevie Richards vs. Gangrel

Match 4. Mankind vs. Chris Jericho

Main Event. Kane vs. Triple H

Recap: Jericho sent Edge a message with the post-match attack. The tag division is livening up with the Brothers of Destruction, APA and Triple H/Boss Man.
