NO MERCY, Year 5

Except for one match, this card was great.

Match 1. Christian vs. JBL   WWE United States Championship
Interesting match-up. I don't think these two locked up in the previous weeks. JBL took Christian down with a shoulder block, then hit a neck breaker. He then busted Christian open with a running knee to the face. Christian broke out of a single-leg Boston crab and hit the Killswitch. A minute later, Christian hit a second Killswitch to retain.

Match 2. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger
The former partners meet tonight. Ziggler hit Swagger with a back body drop. Swagger blocked a punch and hit the gutwrench powerbomb. Ziggler came back with a falling neck breaker. After a basement dropkick, Ziggler locked in a sleeper hold to win.

Match 3. Table - Sheamus vs. Chris Jericho   WWE Intercontinental Championship
There were multiple attempts at each Superstar putting the other through a table. Jericho superplexed Sheamus onto the outside. Jericho brought Sheamus in the ring. He landed a suplex and locked in the Walls of Jericho. Sheamus hit Jericho with the Celtic Cross and put him through the announce table, which apparently counts for the win.

Match 4. CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy
Three minutes into the match, Punk locked in the Anaconda Vice. Jeff broke out and came back with some running heel kicks. Punk hit a back suplex. He finished Jeff off with a reverse DDT and won.

Match 5. DX vs. Jeri-Show   World Tag Team Championship
Jericho and Show worked over Triple H in their corner. Triple H was able to break away after hitting Show with a knee smash. Show tossed Triple H to the outside and all hell broke loose. Jericho hit Triple H with a back suplex. Triple H hit Show with a headbutt and got the win.

Match 6. Hell in a Cell - Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry   World Heavyweight Championship
Orton hit his Lou Thesz Press and back breaker. Orton then hit the RKO, but Henry kicked out at two. Henry locked Orton in the bear hug. Orton came back with a second back breaker and RKO to retain the title.

Main Event. Hell in a Cell - John Cena vs. Rey Mysterio   WWE Championship
Can Rey defeat Cena to win the title? Cena was in control of Rey the whole match. He landed a couple of shoulder tackles before hitting a spinning powerbomb. Cena finished Rey off with the Attitude Adjustment.

Recap: The Orton/Henry match was better than Cena/Rey. Overall, it was a great card.
