The title matches were good. The others, not so much.
Match 1. Too Cool vs. The Dudleyz
Scotty busted Bubba Ray open with a face buster. Too Cool then isolated D-Von. GMS hit a forward leg sweep. The Dudleyz took their turn double teaming GMS. Sexay came back and hit D-Von with the Hip Hop Drop to win.
Match 2. Goldust vs. Test WWF Intercontinental Championship
Test busted Goldust open with a DDT. Goldust came back and hit the Curtain Call DDT. Test kicked out, but Goldust didn't let up. Goldust hit his own DDT and another Curtain Call to retain the title.
Match 3. Droz vs. Holly vs. Shamrock vs. Big Show WWF Hardcore Championship
The odds are stacked against Droz, but he's held on to the title this long. Shamrock hit Holly with a release German suplex early in the match. Big Show speared Shamrock through the barricade. Holly busted Droz open with a DDT. Shamrock recovered and hit Show with a huge German suplex. Shamrock and Show were back in the ring when Shamrock locked him in a sleeper hold and won.
Match 4. Undertaker and Triple H vs. Edge and Christian WWF Tag Team Championship
Can E&C regain their titles? Edge and Christian tried to weaken Taker with a double flapjack, but it would take more than that. Christian hit Triple H with an Unprettier outside the ring. Taker and Triple H then isolated Christian. Christian fought back with a reverse suplex. Triple H got up and hit the Pedigree to win.
Match 5. Chris Jericho vs. Kurt Angle
I'm controlling Angle. Jericho was reversing a lot in the early going. Angle landed a clothesline and a neck breaker. He then busted Jericho open with a DDT. They were caught in a roll-up battle, but Jericho got a near fall. They left the ring as Angle grabbed a chair and Jericho picked up the steel steps. Jerciho went for the Walls, but Angle blocked it. He then hit the Angle Slam to win.
Match 6. The Rock vs. Stone Cold
Vince McMahon walked down and hit Austin with a chair. Rock then connected with the Rock Bottom, but Austin kicked out and hit the Stunner. They then went back and forth with clotheslines and Samoan drops. After breaking out of a Boston crab, Rock connected with his spine buster. Rock caught Austin's leg. He spun him around and went for a punch, but Austin blocked it and hit the Stunner to win.
Main Event. TLC - Mankind vs. Kane WWF Championship
It didn't take Kane long to bring in a ladder. He hit Mankind with a knee smash and a tilt-a-whirl slam. Mankind got up and hit a bulldog and a spike piledriver. After using Mr. Socko, both men climbed the ladder. Mankind pushed Kane off the ladder onto the mat and pulled the belt down.
Recap: That was a big victory for Angle. Were Vince and Rock working together? Underwhelming main event.
