OVER THE LIMIT, Year 6


Match 1. William Regal vs. Kofi Kingston   WWE European Championship
Can Kofi win the European title and bring back the US title? Regal stomped on the quads of Kofi. Kingston ran toward Regal, but was hit with a tiger suplex. Regal blocked a punch by Kofi and landed a spike piledriver. Regal then locked in a camel clutch, forcing Kofi to tap.

Match 2. Team Hell No vs. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns   WWE Tag Team Championship
This an elimination tag match. Kane and Bryan hit Rollins with an atomic drop/running big boot combo. Reigns hit Kane with a huge powerbomb and got the elimination. Bryan landed multiple kicks to the chest of Reigns. Bryan locked Rollins in the Yes Lock and eliminated Rollins after a suplex. Reigns hit Bryan with a powerbomb and a spear, but Bryan kicked out. Reigns hit another powerbomb to get the win.

Match 3. Last Man Standing - Ted DiBiase vs. Christian   WWE Intercontinental Championship
DiBiase placed Christian on the table. He went to put him through, but Christian countered with a DDT. Ted shook off the table attack and hit Christian with a back suplex and sit-out spine buster. Christian was unable to answer the 10-count and Ted retained.

Match 4. I Quit - Ryback vs. Dean Ambrose
This is Ambrose's first match since the attack. About three minutes into the match, Ambrose speared Ryback through the barricade. After a headlock takedown, Ambrose busted Ryback open with multiple punches to the face. Back on the outside, Ambrose landed a seated face buster. He then landed a Death Valley Driver, forcing Ryback to quit.

Match 5. Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Mark Henry vs. Big Show
With the extreme rules stipulation, weapons quickly made an appearance. Big Show pulled out a table and Mark Henry help up the steel steps. Sheamus lifted Henry up and landed a huge powerbomb. Sheamus then hit Henry with White Noise through the announce table. Del Rio locked Big Show in the cross arm breaker. He then hit a headbutt and won.

Match 6. Randy Orton vs. Undertaker   World Heavyweight Championship
Taker tossed Orton into the ropes and hit a sidewalk slam. Orton had Taker in the corner and hit some right hands. Taker broke free, but Orton lifted Taker up for a falling neck breaker. Taker kicked out, which prompted Orton to hit an RKO to retain the title.

Main Event. I Quit - John Cena vs. CM Punk   WWE Championship
Cena busted Punk open by slamming his head against the steel post. Punk hit Cena with a GTS, but Cena got up. Both men were bloody messes, spilling blood all over the ring. Cena came back with two shoulder tackles and the Five-Knuckle Shuffle. Punk wouldn't quit and Cena hit an AA. A couple of minutes later, Cena hit another AA, but Punk wouldn't quit again. Punk landed a back suplex and then a German suplex. Cena landed a superplex, which was the breaking point for Punk, who told the ref he quit.

Recap: The WWE title match was awesome. One of the best I Quit matches I've seen.
