EXTREME RULES, Year 7

This looks like Night of Champions with all of the title matches taking place.

Match 1. Kofi Kingston vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Fandango   WWE United States Championship
Ambrose tossed Fandango to the outside to be away from Kofi. He landed a back drop and went for a quick pin, but Kofi broke it up with the steel steps. Kofi then went to the top and hit Fandango with a perfect missile dropkick. Ambrose then put Fandango through the table with the headlock driver. Fandango made it back to his feet and hit Ambrose with a swinging STO. While Fandango was on the outside, Kofi landed the SOS on Ambrose to retain the title. Great opening match.

Match 2. The Real Americans vs. The Usos   WWE Tag Team Championship
Swagger and Cesaro hit Jey with a double back body drop. They later hit him with a double hip toss. Outside the ring, Jimmy busted Cesaro open with a tornado DDT. Cesaro recovered and landed a vicious spine buster. Swagger then hit him with a belly-to-belly, gutwrench powerbomb and ankle lock. Cesaro brought him back into the ring and hit the Neutralizer to win.

Match 3. Extreme Rules - Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show   World Heavyweight Championship
I wasn't expecting to see the world title match this low on the card. Big Show tossed Del Rio to the outside. He then picked him up and drove him through the barricade. Show then busted Del Rio open by slamming his head against the steel post. Del Rio locked in the cross arm breaker. Del Rio caught Show with a German suplex. Show got right up and hit the Showstopper to win the title.

Match 4. Christian vs. Damien Sandow   WWE Intercontinental Championship
Sandow landed some nice right hands. He then hit the rolling leg sweep. Christian placed Sandow on the top and hit a super back suplex. Christian landed a flapjack and two reverse DDTs. He then went to the top and connected with the frog splash and won.

Match 5. AJ Lee vs. Kaitlyn   WWE Divas Championship
Kaitlyn had AJ in the corner. She ran toward her, but AJ caught her with a hurricanrana. She then connected with a standing heel kick. Kaitlyn kicked out, but AJ hit the Shining Wizard. Kaitlyn came back with a super fall away slam and a powerbomb. AJ fought back and hit a superplex. She landed another heel kick and flipping reverse DDT to retain the title.

Match 6. Dolph Ziggler vs. Mark Henry
This match was agreed upon by the two brands' GMs. Ziggler looking to move up in the ranks, while Henry wants to prove he deserves another title shot. Ziggler landed a couple of headlock take downs. Henry lifted him up for a military press slam. After a tilt-a-whirl slam, Henry made Ziggler tap from a bear hug.

Main Event. Punk vs. Orton vs. Cena vs. Bryan vs. Ryback vs. Lesnar   WWE Championship
This is a 6-man Hell in a Cell match. It's been a while since I've seen one of these matches. This is the culmination of a lot of rivalries coming to a head. The pairings were Lesnar/Bryan, Punk/Orton and Cena/Ryback. Lesnar caught Orton with a release German suplex. Punk and Bryan fought on the outside. Punk slingshot Bryan into the cell. Bryan was a bloody mess. Ryback busted Punk open with a headbutt and then hit Shell Shock. He pinned Punk, but Lesnar broke it up at the last minute. Bryan and Orton were in a pin battle as Punk hit Cena with the GTS. Ryback lifted Bryan up and hit Shell Shock to win back the WWE title.

Recap: The Hell in a Cell match was a bloody match. None of the Superstars will be the same after this. Surprised that Show won the world title and that the Usos didn't win the tag titles. Overall, good PPV.
