April Week 3, Year 1

Raw
Match 1. Matt Hardy vs. Albert
Matt threw Albert into the ropes and busted him open with a back elbow. He then planted him with a DDT. Matt continued with a hurricanrana. He finished it off with a Twist of Fate and a super hurricanrana.

Match 2. Road Warriors vs. Mideon and Viscera
Hawk and Viscera left the ring. Mideon joined and isolated Hawk from his partner. They made it to LOD's side of the ring. Animal speared Mideon through the barricade. Viscera hit Animal with a tilt-a-whirl slam. Animal came back with a suplex and a spear and won.

Match 3. Steve Blackman vs. D'Lo Brown
The Lethal Weapon makes his debut. I put on "quick match" to benefit Blackman, but it backfired. Brown landed a suplex. He then locked in a camel clutch and forced Blackman to tap. The match lasted less than a minute.

Match 4. Mankind and Undertaker vs. Kane and Big Show
Kane and Show used their strength to weaken Mankind. Kane hit a chokeslam on Taker. The match moved to the outside where, you guessed it, Taker speared Kane through the barricade. Mankind made sure Kane couldn't get back into the ring with a DDT. Taker and Mankind won by count out.

Main Event. Stone Cold vs. Bret Hart British Bulldog w/ Shawn Michaels
This is a sight that I thought I would ever see. Bret Hart came out and introduced Bulldog as Austin's new opponent. Bulldog DDT'd Austin through the announce table. Austin speared HBK through the barricade. He wasn't a problem anymore. Bulldog landed his running powerslam to win.

After the match, Bulldog grabbed a chair and hit Austin a couple more times.

Saturday Night Heat
Match 1. Godfather vs. Val Venis
The match quickly left the ring where Venis tossed Godfather into the steps. He then speared Godfather through the barricade and won by count out.

Match 2. Gangrel vs. Droz
Gangrel began bleeding after a flapjack. Droz landed a running slam and then a sit-out powerbomb. Gangrel kicked out, but Droz hit him with a sit-out spine buster. He then slammed Gangrel from the top rope and won.

Match 3. Too Cool vs. Test and Albert
Test whipped Albert into Scotty. Albert hit GMS with a bicycle kick. Scotty busted Albert open with a face buster. GMS hit two Hip Hop Drops on Albert, but he kicked out both times. Albert landed another bicycle kick and won.

Match 4. X-Pac vs. Jericho
X-Pac was waiting, but Jericho attacked him from behind. Jericho locked Pac into the Walls of Jericho in less than 3 minutes. Pac and Jericho were caught in a battle of cradles as both men got multiple 2 counts. Jericho put Pac through the announce table with a back suplex. Jericho busted Pac open by throwing him into the steel post and won.

After the match, Jericho was about to leave the ring but he turned around and stomped on X-Pac.

Main Event. Kurt Angle vs. Edge
The Olympic Gold Medalist debuts on Heat. Edge landed a couple of face busters on Angle and busted him open in the process. He then locked in the Edgecution. Angle broke out. Edge landed a clothesline and won. This wasn't the debut Angle hoped he would have.

Recap: I'm interested in the Austin/HBK/Bret angle.
